Global Onboarding of Talent (GO Talent) is the Information and Communications Technology Council’s virtual bilingual pre-arrival program, funded by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).  

Once registered with GO Talent, you will have access to:

1. You are currently outside of Canada.
2. You have received one of the following documents:

•      A letter from IRCC confirming that you are eligible for pre-arrival services
•      A Confirmation of Permanent Residence (COPR) letter/document
•      A passport request letter confirming that you have been issued a permanent resident visa
•      An information sheet confirming that you have completed your immigration medical exam
•      A single-entry permanent resident visa
•      A letter from IRCC inviting you to pick up your permanent resident visa

3. You have a background in information and communications technology (ICT) and experience in one of the following eligible Government of Canada National Occupational Classification (NOC) codes:
