Clients are eligible for Arrive Ready Pre-Arrival services if:

- IRCC approved their permanent residence application
- They are currently outside Canada
- They have a letter from IRCC saying they can get pre-arrival services
- They have a confirmation of permanent residence letter/document
- They have a passport request letter that indicates permanent resident visa issuance
- They have a letter from IRCC asking for their medical exam results
- They have a single-entry permanent resident visa
- They have a letter from IRCC letting them know they can pick up their permanent resident visa
